Your Masculine IQ membership bills through your Apple ID, so canceling, changing, and refunds all run through Apple. Everything you need is below. Takes about a minute.
The fastest route is Apple's subscription manager. Tap the button on your iPhone and you'll land right on your subscriptions.
Open Apple SubscriptionsOr manually: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Masculine IQ
If you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again. No hoops, no guilt trip. The door's open whenever you're ready to come back.
You can do the same thing without leaving Masculine IQ. Open the app and go to Profile > Manage Subscription. You'll see your membership status, a link to Apple's subscription settings, and a Restore Purchases button.
Your membership lives on your Apple ID, not your phone. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open the app, and tap Restore Purchases on the Manage Subscription screen. Your membership and any stripes you've purchased come back with you.
Apple handles all billing, so refund requests go through them directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the charge. Apple usually responds within a day or two.
Stripe packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. Unused stripes stay on your account until you enter your next challenge. If a purchase didn't come through right, use Restore Purchases first, then Apple's refund page above.
Heads up: deleting your Masculine IQ account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it first using the steps above, then delete your account here.
