Most assessments hand every man the same target. Yours doesn't. Every threshold is calculated from your bodyweight and your age bracket. Foundation, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite per lift, plus a composite tier across all eight.

We never test true 1RM. Heavy lifts run at 4 or 6 reps for safety. Two of the tests are 30 seconds long. The mile is timed. Every test fits in a single short clip.
